IIBM’s Repayment Assistance for SMEs

Dear Esteemed Customers,

In line with the BNM directives to achieve the intended objective of providing assistance to Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that have been affected by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we at India International Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (IIBM) are pleased to inform that the following repayment assistance options are made available starting from 15th November 2021 onwards: -

  1. Six (6) months deferment of installments; or
  2. 50% reduction of installments for six (6) months.

Please take note that the said repayment assistance will not have negative impact on your CCRIS report.  As such, please download and complete the following attached Repayment Assistance Application Form to indicate your preference on the said repayment assistance. Kindly submit the said completed application form to our bank by email to sumit [@] iibm.com.my and alice [@] iibm.com.my for approval. Physical visitation to our bank on this matter is not required.

On the other hand, we would like to request our customers, who are having credit facilities with our bank and experiencing financial constraints due to Covid-19 pandemic to approach us for their requirements. We are willing to work with our customers to help understand, support and to relieve their financial difficulties.
